2012 marks the 145th anniversary of Fox Chase Bank. What is it about your bank that it continues to grow and thrive after all these years?
We believe that our community is best served when families and businesses have a strong local bank, where credit and financing decisions are made by neighbors - people from our community. We believe there is no substitute for this strong local connection. It cannot be replicated by banks headquartered in some other country or far away state because these others are not part of the fabric of our community.
We believe your local bank should provide the same products and services available from much larger banks, that you shouldn't have choose between sophisticated and small. So we continue to invest in leading edge technologies so that we can grow with you.
We believe the families and businesses we serve are busy and often pressed for time, so we focus on making banking easy and efficient for you. In days gone by this meant a branch located conveniently near where you live or work. Today it means much more - the ability to for you to bank anywhere, anyway, anytime.
We believe that when you call your bank you should get a person, not a prompt. So we make it easy for you to speak to a real person who is right here in the neighborhood, not in a far off call center. And if that is not good enough, we believe you should be able to call me personally. Many of you have over the years and I am happy to hear from you.
We would like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation to you for choosing to bank with us over the years.
